Our Management Team

Martha Sandino,

Founder & Managing Partner

After 20 years of managing a successful supply company, and seven years of managing a multi-tenant commercial warehouse, Martha launched fully into multifamily investment, leveraging her business success and acumen, property management experience, and enthusiasm for creating profits and generosity. Martha is passionate about building teams to implement real estate investment strategies while building thriving apartment communities.

After years of corporate jobs, in 2002 Martha and her husband created a boutique restaurant supply in California, offering dynamic service to bars and cocktail lounges, putting three daughters through college.

In 2015, Martha created an innovative multi-tenant model, renting out 10 micro-warehouse spaces in her 5,000sq ft warehouse, at 3X the rate for commercial space, which prospered even through Covid lockdowns. For Martha, increased profits meant increased opportunities for giving, from funding a medical clinic, drilling water wells and supporting evangelical outreach.

In 2020, pivoting out of bar supplies into sanitizing supplies—and winning several lucrative County contracts—Martha led her restaurant supply business out of closure into the most profitable and most generous year on record.

In 2022, selling off most her restaurant supply customers (keeping the best ones), Martha founded Pavilion Multifamily LLC, adopting a syndication model, creating a platform to extend her reach from residential and commercial/industrial into the world of multifamily investment, and extend her giving with the goal to achieve Reverse Tithing (give 90%, live on 10%) in the rich and inspiring tradition of RG LeTourneau.
